What is live and what is not. The river gauges are live NRC flow and stage, with each site's position inside its own last seven days as context — not a return period, because there is no long flow record behind these numbers. The structure risk bands are a worked example: joining catchment rainfall to each bridge and ford needs catchment delineation and a ford inventory, which is module M6, and the delivery plan gates that on a data check before it is priced. Screening prompts inspection targeting; it is not a structural assessment.
