What goes live with module M8. The map reads live AWM / RAMM closure records; the record outage form writes back with named-user attribution and an audit trail, so the hotspot register stays current and every LCLR funding application is evidence-backed. Outage records are KDC's data, hosted by WiMac. RAMM/AWM API access is the long-lead item — the conversation to start first.
