Every hazard group answers — including the ones nobody has assessed.
Context, not design. This page lists what has been assessed at a location, what has
failed there, and what happens to the network if it fails again. It does not rank sites, score
assets, or specify a design. Where a council design standard applies it is read from KDC's own
standards table and cited to it — this platform never authors a design ARI or an invert level.
Prompts name who determines each matter. The report is a compilation: KDC owns and
warrants the underlying records; WiMac assembles them.
